Rachel Lankester is the founder of the Magnificent Midlife Movement, celebrating and empowering women 40+.


After an early menopause at 41, followed by a period of soul-searching as she adjusted to this diagnosis, she scratched her own itch and created what she wasn't able to find to help herself. The Magnificent Midlife world includes a transformational personal mentoring program, a beautifully supportive global community, an abundance of educational resources, an inspiring podcast and enlightening self-study programs to help midlife women refresh, re-energize and refocus. 


It also includes The Mutton Club online magazine for women 40+ which is where it all started! 


Rachel's midlife reinvention came after a long and successful career in financial communications which took her all over the world, including 3 years working in New York and as communications manager for a FTSE 100 company.
