This video course will reignite you and give you a real sense of purpose, focus and energy again in midlife and beyond. The rest of your life is yours for the taking. But you have to step up and create it. You have to take the first step.
The key areas we cover are:
Module 1: Reality Check - Getting Real About Now
We begin with some review work to get real about what's going on right now, what needs dealing with, what to ditch and what to focus on, so we know exactly what we're working with.
Think of this as the first coat of paint on your fresh new canvas. You'll get clear on where the blocks are and what you want to prioritize during the program.
Module 2: Reconnecting To You
Now we focus on reconnecting to you, because you’ve probably been putting other people first for quite some time. You may have lost sight of who you actually are now.
We'll look at your values, core strengths, key personality traits, what lights you up, what makes you happy and puts you in flow. We'll start imagining your new future and explore your passions. The adventure begins in earnest.
Module 3: Health And Wellbeing
We want to make sure that your health and wellbeing are exactly where they need to be. Menopause is just one part of this whole midlife experience and journey, and I'll share some great resources and insights to help balance your hormones now and long term.
This is part of creating a plan that works for you, looking at nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones, moving your body for energy and flexibility and several other topics to ensure you are well-resourced and on track for optimal long-term health and wellness.
Module 4: Explore What Will Light You Up
Now you get to really explore what will light you up in your magnificent next chapter. What's going to bring you joy and resonate with who you are now?
You'll get creative with ideas that excite and delight you. You'll experiment with possibilities and get clear on what you don't want and where to focus your talents to bring you what you need and desire in your next chapter.
Module 5: Prioritize Your Needs
We'll establish what you need on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to be able to do what you want without burnout.
We'll look at various types of needs, how those differ from desires, how well you're currently prioritizing them and what changes can be made so you aren't held back. We'll look at how you'd like to feel day to day.
We'll create an affirmation specific to you and your future desires for you to use to keep you on track.
Module 6: Activate Your Next Chapter
Now we can put together your MAP, your Magnificent Action Plan. Your personal plan will be built from everything you've discovered.
It will leverage your strengths, align with your values, be woven from things that light you up, anchored in your passions, prioritize your health and wellbeing, invigorate and energize you, be balanced with calm, peace and a feeling of fulfillment.

Frequently Asked Questions
This course is for all women in midlife and beyond who feel there is more to the life they want, but they just can't quite get there by themselves. And they don't have enough energy right now to make that elusive more happen. They have aspirations and dreams but need a shot of inspiration and oomph to rediscover their mojo and get up and go.
The course materials are all available as soon as you sign up. However, we recommend that you take at least 1 week between modules to allow for assimilation of what you've learned and experienced. And for ideas to have time to emerge.
This is a pre-recorded version of much of Revitalize Live. There's no group tailored mentoring or live interaction with Rachel. Some of the more transformational aspects of the live experience can necessarily not be duplicated in a recorded session.
